  • Preparation of documentation required for contract binding.
  • Monitor project progress and timeline including preparation of documentation required for EOT, VO and Loss & Expense claim.
  • Liaison with client / consultant / supplier including drafting of all necessary correspondence.
  • Assist in advising project team on contractual related matters.
  • Site valuation / site measurement / final account for progress claim with clients and sub-contractors.
  • Attending meeting with clients / subcontractors for monthly progress certification, variation works, etc.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
